- Aiden Archer Review added: 2018.01.10★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Fantastic setting with views across Loch Leven and surrounded by one of the most amazing mountain ranges in the uk, in between Oban and Fort William this makes a fantastic base for a holiday. Midges are a problem but thats just Scotland so pack your Smidge. Flat pitches and well kept grass. The ground was a little tough on the tent pegs, bent quite a few. Toilets and shower blocks are clean bit looking a little tired. Will definitely return
